Our service department currently services over 50 locations in the Portland Metro & Columbia River Gorge area. We can provide service from the most simple single rooftop condensing system to the latest Supermarket Refrigeration Technology including Variable freq/speed drives on compressors & condenser, CO2 systems, low GWP A2I systems and Secondary Glycol systems.
New Construction
Remodels
A proper Supermarket Remodel should always start with listening to the customer expectations. Many Supermarkets will have an up to date Floor Plans and Refrigeration Schedule in the Mechanical Room.We survey the area or areas the customer is looking to change, drawing up the existing fixtures & utility locations (electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration line sets). Then overlay your new layout and evaluate the need to move/abandon/run new utilities for the remodel area. Then work with the costumer to finalize a schedule for project. Next we go to the local jurisdictions proper localities with drawings and specifications and obtain the proper permits for the project.The job is only finished when the customer 100% satisfied.

Design & Drafting
We have a complete Refrigeration Design and Drafting Department on site.Our drawing are all done with the Latest Version of AutoCAD, and can produce prints up to 36″x48″ in Monochrome and/or Full Color.We can work with all the major Refrigeration Equipment Manufactures to Design and Engineer you the most energy efficient systems on the market. Most utilize variable speed condenser fans, Copeland Digital Discus Compressors and Glycol Med. temp Systems
